There is no standard as it is not a computer process. People are involved.
How long can it take? Sometimes a few minutes and some will never be approved.
A moderator can approve them. I sometimes approve them.
Here are some arguments why I usually ignore approving them:
- ZecMurphy (or any other N3V employee) has taken a look at it and decided not to approve it (your case)
- It actually is a support topic (in which case I usually move the topic and approve it anyway)
- It is a content request (so not a feature)
- It is a complain / bug report (instead of an actual future request)
- It is the repeating of a feature request we have seem multiple times already
- It is spam
I am going to guess this is about "New KUID type required", which you posted on June 24th.
Again: I am not going to approve it as ZecMurphy already took a look at it and decided not to (so I guess he has a reason for that). Feel free to send him a PM about it.
