Enjoy a 2hr 45 min ride from Kobi around the base of Mt. Fuji to Kofu. The ride is really beautiful with some really crazy grades as the train winds long its route to its terminus on the busy Kofu line.
There's another video I watched the other day that ran through Kobi and I recognized this branch line as it split off the mainline there. If I find that video, I'll update the thread with that video as well. That one too is fascinating with its number of trains and tracks on the route. Seeing them together, I know quite an undertaking, makes for a nice contrast between the busy mainline and the quiet branch.
