I manged to find the first three assets but since the other's seem to be from payware routes, (Not too sure if Donner pass is still around) I might need to hold off on those for a bit.

Donner Pass isn't currently available, I think its being revamped.

So aside form the Mojave Sub DLC, I can get most of these from freeware routes?

Most of time freeware routes have dependency packs available. They also have dedicated threads where the authors give information on where to get the assets, and sometimes direct download links.
