What kind of horn does the Chinese ND5, aka GE C36-7 have?

Based off the model made by Ocemy, it's a three-chime horn, but I'm not good with my horns to know exactly what horn it is. Is it a Nathan M3, M3, P3, K3L, K3H, K3LA, K3HA or K3HL? Or is it a Leslie S-3J, S-3K, S-3L or a variant of the three?

The horns on the ND5 should be Leslie RS3L's.

And I would use it when I'm sitting behind somebody at a traffic light who's looking at their phone and doesn't notice that the light had turned green. That'll get their attention!
