Missing Depenedencies for Payware QJ's and other Questions

I'm missing the following dependencies for the Payware QJ's:
<kuid:217537:432>
<kuid2:523:19723832:1>
<kuid:217537:417>
<kuid:217537:281>
<kuid:217537:409>
<kuid:217537:413>
<kuid:217537:414>
<kuid:276266:100190>
<kuid2:276266:100190:1>
<kuid:276266:100198>
<kuid:276266:100201>
How do I get these missing dependencies?
Also, I've got these two KUIDs listed as 'Not Installed, Payware (not active)':
<kuid:217537:457> CHN Steam Head Lamp 2 no white ring TRS19 weathered
<kuid2:525236:100756:3> IAIS 6988 GTW 6-Chime Whistle (3-Part)
I've already done a database repair and that solved the problem, but when I started up TRS19 this morning, it downloaded the QJ's again and I got these missing dependencies again. Also, as my Silver membership, I downloaded the Canadian Rocky Mountains DLC, but I never play them and they're taking up space on my hard drive. I want to get rid of them and not worry about having them download each time I start up Trainz. I want to get rid of TRS19 Canadian Rocky Mountains - Viktor Lake to Ross Peak & Glacier, Canadian Rocky Mountains - Rogers Pass, TRS19 Canadian Rocky Mountains Beavermouth to Ottertail, and Canadian Rocky Mountains Ottertail to Castle Jct.

If these are the trial version, then you will be because they are now inactive. If they are purchased, then you have a problem

How do I know the difference?

Did a database repair and the KUIDs I listed as missing are no longer missing and the ones that were listed as 'installed, Payware (not active)', are now listed as 'Installed, Payware'.

Okay so apparently there was an update that released that content for download. Hmm. Must go out and look myself.

More Problems

So an update for the QJ's was released and two KUIDs failed to download several times, <kuid2:217537:274:10> CHN QJ Early TRS19 and <kuid:217537:626> Lamp Light Shortest Trails. I rebuild the database several times, yet it did not solve the problem. Both of these kuids show up as 'Not installed, Payware (Not Active)'. Anybody know how to solve this problem?

So I started up Trainz and the QJ DLC wanted to download again. I went ahead and downloaded and got several missing dependencies. I did a QDR and the missing dependencies went away.

There's a new version pending from what I gather from what Zec said in another thread on a similar subject regarding a route. Ignore this for now since there's no way to remove them from the list. He mentioned that they are looking into a way to hide this from future versions, but who knows how long for the fix, or when that will take place.
