Crossing signals on routes in TS19

Apologies if this has been covered before - I've been running both the Eagle River and Dry Brook in TS19 (absolutely love them both), but for some reason the crossing signals/gates don't activate on either route. Does anyone have any pointers on how to fix this?

The route was mad for trainz new era only.
But the the crossing is trc. The TRC crossing do work on TS19 but u need to set them up yourself.
So I hoped this helped
