Okay, have looked, will now ask, are these German coal mine locomotives available for TANE?

Even though I first learned of them in a book in early 1980s, and thew book is now well used enough that most of the pages have come loose from the binding.
Based on photos in that book and what I've seen on web in last several minutes, there appear to be 2 different cab corner window styles, one with curved glass in the corner itself, as pictured in book, and the style with a corner post as in the following photos on Flickr.

https://flic.kr/p/QpyWGn and https://flic.kr/p/27TRs6S

Appears there is a more recent single pantograph version but I like the 1950s-60s 2 pantograph version.

This is book I learned about them in,

The ones I have are slightly diffeent, but as far as I know, they are the only ones available, together with the correct wagons.
The author was Konni, I have tried to contact him but no reply. My friends in Germany have tied to contact him too.

They were made 2007/2008

They were from a third party site as part of a complete brown coal route..

There is also a thread...

But, it's in German.

Oh, had forgotten about those, I had them for Trainz 2006/2009 in the now long defunct computer.
They were nice.
My brother would be able to read the German forum just fine, me, not at all! :D

Can anyone give me a clue/link to the Demo map for lignite mine V2.0 (TRS2004 -> TS12) please? A kuid would help too.

Thanks, I had downloaded 2.03 from the link in post 2 but it did not include the map/session. I also found a link for the 2010 version BKT_Grube_TS10_V1.0.cdp but it has some flaws and many missing deps.

Hopefully 2.0 will do the trick. Rats! Link also downloads BKT_Tagebau_V2.03.cdp which does not include the map. Grrr!:(

I must be missing something

At my link it's the first entry (using Listenansicht) 'Funktionsstrecke (Demo-Map) eines Braunkohletagebaus (ausschließlich für den TS2010'.
Included are <kuid:40027:100015> BKT_Demo-Session_Grube and <kuid:40027:100014> BKT_Demo-Map_Grube.

Ah, got it. Install the full 2010 package then install the 2.03 updates. Thanks Peter. :D

P-Dehnert,
I just stumbled onto those amazing coal engines. They look and run so nicely, in both TANE and TRS19. I even got the spoils cars to work with some industries on the New England Coastal as well as Niddertalbahn. Will your route and demo map/session work in TANE?

I thought I would check first. It all looks fascinating. I was opening the levels on the Niddertalbahn to get catenary just to run the engines, but if your route and sessions work, I'd prefer to use them there.

I haven't created the route (or any other object of the packages).
There might be some problems with the function of some of the special industries used.

Peter

Wow, those have got to be the largest animated industries in trainz!

My-Trainz-Screenshot-Image.jpg

I'm missing a ton of stuff but it looks like I'll be able to find it all. :D

Norm,
Let me know if this works in TANE and/or TRS19. I like the looks of your screenshot.

The shot above is in TANESP3 but I have not figured out why the demo session does not work. I had to create the session above and I still am not sure of how to deploy the pantos. The industry on the left seemed to load OK but I kinda expected the industry on the right to unload but it didn't. The route has at least 80+ pofig trees and a ton of missing stuff. Lots of work hunting things down but it may well be worth it. Serious coal mining. :D

I had this huuuuge pack installed about two years ago.
There's a panto controller "BKT Panto control for EL2"
Put it somewhere on a track and read the instructions for all the options. (in game)

Everything that starts with "BKT" is for this mega pack.

Two loco's will NOT drive.
So you have 4 left.

:)

And yes, this stuff works in TANE.

Norm,
if you go into CAB mode, and flip switch 3, the next one over from the one that highlights as headlamps, there is a whole layout of which switches are what. All the switches on the right side cab wall are for the pantos.

I was having trouble figuring things out and just started throwing switches. Voila! Found by accident. Kind of the story of my life, haha.

The industrie <kuid2:142675:1100:10> BKT dump trench V2 didn't activate after delivering debris (in TANE and TRS19). A small fix of the script successfully made it working again.
- Open the primary script (graben.gs) of the asset
- at the end of the script change the line Verbrauch(); to PostMessage(me, "looprun", "Verbrauch", 5.0);
- save the modified script and subit the asset again
After this modification the industrie is working again in TANE and TRS19.

The industrie working after the fix (screenshot TANE), moving the debris from the dump trench to the deposit site.

Hi! Sorry to resurrect this, but I did the downloads mentioned in posts #5, 7 & 8, But I still have 94 unknown dependencies. Maybe because I am trying 2019, but the great majority of dependencies are by trainbernd, So I don't think so. Is there yet another download missing? Thanks!

What are the dependencies you're missing?
