Deleted Base Boards Yet Assets Remain

How do you or is there a fast way to delete bulk assets that remain in position after the base board has been deleted,,??

The way that I do it is either, replace the deleted baseboard then delete it again, that sometimes then removes the remaining assets, or, replace the base boards then copy a blank area with no assets on it and paste over the assets which are shill there which removes them, then delete the baseboard again.

Cheers,
Piere.

Thanks Piere, i was hoping for a fast fix and trying to aviod that but it is what it is,,,

I clear the content of baseboards first before deleting the base boards to ensure there's nothing floating in space afterwards. I figured out this "trick" after getting burned more than a few times by this anomaly.

Some assets seem to be worse for this than others. Anything based on a spline seem to be the main culprits.

Hi this is what I do
1 put a blank board close to the board you want to delete
2 select the whole of that board in cut and paste
3Then paste it on the board you want to delete that should delete all assets
4 then delete both boards

Hope this makes sence

I do the same. Then go a long and delete content first before zapping the boards.
