I sat down to do a little detective work on this. Not easy, and I am not the worlds greatest detective! More like Monk or Columbo. Here is what I found, hopefully not too much overlapping on where you got, and maybe only a little help. In the order above:

I have these, don't know where I got them, but when I looked in config.txt, I found this:

Protrainz has no assets at this time. It appears to have gone away for a few years and MAYBE come back. There is no date on the site saying he is back, but it is dated 2020.

By the way, if you find the three locos, mine are all missing this asset, but it can probably be substituted: AMTK 1st Gen K5LA: KUID:450586:100030 flamerailzzz
Finally,
