Locked out of logging into jointedrail.com

apparently both times I tried resetting my password (since I forgot it), the new password wouldn't work (maybe because I copied and pasted the whole password into the login form?), and I kept doing it to the point where JointedRail's system locked me out temporarily. How do I resolve this?

From the menu bar at the home page click on SUPPORT - LOGIN TROUBLES or, if that does not work for you, SUPPORT - SUBMIT TICKET
