You'll want to start off registering a Trainz game that you own here https://www.auran.com/planetauran/SN_Enter_Serialnumber.php so that way we know you own a legal copy and didn't obtain a pirated copy of the game. Once registered it'll show up on your timeline (like mind). If you did register, then contact the helpdesk here https://support.trainzportal.com/ so they can fix the timeline issue.
As for multiplayer surveyor, its being tested (I'm personally part of the testing team) to see what it can and can't do, and what needs improvements.
What it'll do is enable the traditional surveyor to be shared with other people who you want to come in and edit / create a new route with you so you don't have to do everything yourself.
Once its released, it'll more likely be a subscription thing to help pay for the servers and bandwidth as those aren't cheap to operate.
