Three Burlington Northern SD7s (two high hoods and one low hood in the lead) lead a loaded coal train towards Wellington as it passes by a log site with a GP5 and GP35 waiting to depart with a loaded log train heading for Vernon.

For some reason the new shipment to the Port of Albany would make the workers unloading it very hungry for breakfast......

Odd lashups of power were a common sight along the Silver Lines in the 1960s. On this spring evening in 1967, an unusually clean set of GP30s, GP9s, an F7B, and an SW1200 roll a host of coal hoppers through southeastern Ohio.
