Missing Dependencies After Updating TRS 2019 Canadian Rocky Mountains-Viktor Lake

I went into the game after downloading the updates for the subject route and was told there are missing dependencies. I clicked on the icon, which took me to the Content Manager. A long list of assets appeared. The first asset said "Unknown location". The next two said "Not Installed, Payware (not active). Are these the assets that I need to download?
