How long is the gold/silver free for a month offer? I just bought a 30 day FCT the day before this was announced!!

If you have not yet activated your FCT (it does not start until you manually activate it) then leave it until you need it. For example you may decide not to take up your Gold membership after the free trial in which case you can then activate your 30 day FCT.

I bought a lifetime pass a while ago, and now I have a number of Fcts stacked up - unused, unactivated. I just wish I could reallocate them...

If i use my lifetime discount code, does it deactivate my lifetime fct? So say i only keep gold for a year, do i lose my lifetime fct?

Just found the answer, no, it stays active.

Talk to the helpdesk. I was able to "send" one to a friend sometime ago who had lost his job and was facing tough times.
