New Installation Problem

Hi I've just purchased and installed Trainz Build 105766. When I click 'Start Trainz' I get a window opening with the following message:

"Unable to authorise the product. Please check your MyTrainz account details (previously Planet Auran) in Launcher > Settings > Internet."

I've checked MyTrainz but am now stuck and confused. Can you HELP?:'(

Have you entered your username and password into the Trainz installation itself?

In Trainz Launcher, select Trainz Settings then the Internet Tab. Enter your forum/MyTrainz username and password. When you get the message "MyTrainz login succeeded ..." exit the settings and Trainz should then work.

When the product first starts just like T:ANE. It's a smallish window with buttons on the left to click on including Trainz Settings.

Hi John thank you for help. I finally found the Internet setting in the Trainz Settings in the opening window. Regards
