    Seems pretty straightforward -- it's a switchman's shanty for protection from the Russian winter weather and summer mosquitoes. You'd find it at a branch or yard junction, most likely. It'd do for a crossing guard shanty as well.

    It appears you can adjust the distance from the track and the elevation of the building using the parameters shown. Interesting.

    The author made this and others as track objects and as static buildings. The buildings are great for a track side structure but this one, as an actual track object seems to have a bunch of scripting attached to it, all compiled so I can't see what it does
