Growing up 2 of my favorite trains with the SP Daylight passenger train and the 1976 Freedom train.
Does anyone know if there is a freedom train on the DLS and what is the best Daylight train for Trainz 2019?

Thank you

If you want a 100% accurate model of the Freedom Train check out K&L Trainz's Reading T1 mega pack, which is Payware and cost only $15.00 and the website requires registration. For the Daylight, the 1937 Coast Daylight is available from Trainz Forge's website for free. This website also has available separately for download the locomotives to go with the Daylight passenger cars, including a Freedom Train-painted GS-4 #4449.

You can find American Freedom rolling stock on the DLS by mrtrain. I have the greatest respect for K&L's set but I like mrtrain's display cars a lot better. K&L's & TrainzForge's locomotives are much nicer though. :D

TANESP3 I don't think I've looked at these in TRS19 yet.

First three tracks have the K&L consist with various locomotives, the first track has K&L's locomotive.

The next two tracks have mrtrain's consist with a couple of locomotives including the one he did for his set

The last two tracks have magekear's American Flyer set with a couple of locomotives including the one he did for his set

The AFT J Class 611 is from https://peterstrainz.wixsite.com/peterstrainz/locomotives

So far as I know no one has done the 1948 AFT https://www.google.com/search?q=194...Wokq0KHaUUAGsQ_AUoAnoECA0QBA&biw=1920&bih=969 or the T&P #610 2-10-4 that pulled the 1976 train https://www.freedomtrain.org/american-freedom-train-consist-610-texas-and-pacific-today.htm
Edit: Colorado71 has done #610 although not in AFT colors. :D

Edit again: Ha! I've got so much stuff that I forget what I've got. :hehe:

PaulzTrainz used to have this I think.

Thank you

Wow I did not know there was so much out there. Just downloaded about 6GB of stuff. I had no idea there were peoples web sites with stuff they had made. I thought the DLS was the only place.
Where can I find a list of sites?

I'm going to go into Trainz overload!!!

Thank you again for all the info

Brandon

There's about 18+ years of Trainz content ready for download. Some is better than others, but that's how it goes with stuff like this.
