Little help please

Hello, I'm looking for a little help please. I have noticed that when I use paint within TS19 to put a bit of colour into the route I'm building, the board underneath drops down. This can be seen in the first picture, the footpath is there to show the height of the board underneath. In pic2 both these figures are standing at the same height (0.00) yet you can see the the man circled has dropped. It doesn't matter what colour ground I use, the result is always the same. I have tried deleting the baseboard but get the same results every time. Is this a known issue or is it just me? Any help would be appreciated thank you.

This is caused by the new PBR textures and happens with all of them. Older textures don't cause that to happen.

The texture I was using was an old AJS grass texture, switched to a PBR texture and everything fine now.
