Trying to Create PBR Texture is Always Shiny

I've been following along with the few tutorials out there for creating content in Blender with PBR textures and importing into Trainz. I think I finally have the process down with the exception of one thing. Everything I import ends up with very shiny surfaces and I cannot figure out why. For example, here is my brick cube in Blender with the PBR shader all set up:

Here is the shader setup in Blender:

Once I import it into Trainz, it looks like this:

I'm aware my bricks are inverted, but I've just been trying all kinds of things to find out where that glossiness is coming from. I'd appreciate any ideas, and if you'd like my set of Blender and image files for the shader, I'd be happy to provide them.

That was it!! Thank you very much!

So, I'm using Materialize to create my different shader maps, and one of them is called Smoothness. Well, obviously that's the opposite of Roughness and I failed to realize I needed to invert my thinking.

Thanks again.
