Trainz Rairload Simulator 2019 missing content

I purchased the Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 package from here

yesterday, downloaded and installed everything fine, but 5 routes are missing.

I have only Kickstarter 2 and the Midwestern Branch route which I bought together with the Trainz Railroad Simulator.
Is there any solution how I get Niddertalbahn, Sebino Lake, Canadian Rockies, Cornish Mainline & Branches and Edinburgh - Dundee?

I had a similar problem and one good piece of advice I received can be found in another thread (this one at post #7).

Thank you for the response, I just tried it but it seems the 5 routes are not unlocked in my package, I think an official Support Member has to unlock the 5 routes on my account so I opened a support ticket and now be patient and play Kickstarter County 2 & Midwestern Branch meanwhile...in case of Christmas I expect a little bit longer waiting time but thats how it is at christmas time
