Problem with ING4Trainz

I tried to download the New Haven TALGO trainsets today, but the attempt failed because I get an error reporting "JATWS.org" unexpectedly closed the connection." That site is also tied to ING4Trainz. Can anyone find why ING4Trainz is down?
