Interlocking towers terminal

hi all
using pguys tower
in trainz 2019

when i set tower to a signal in a terminal
train 1 stops at platform.
if I have a ai train 2 waiting for same platform
it has control of path entering
and I cant get train 1 out of terminal using different path but some of the same junctions

hope this makes sence

Set path to the back of signal at entry to platform. Place a track circuit block in middle of platform and a track circuit insulator before the exit from platform signal. In the tower select the path into the platform and at the top click on no tcb processing. It should read only process to exit signal.

hi thanks have found track circuit insulator in track mark mode
but i cant find a track circuit block only track circuit detector
