It would not matter who done it just would love to have one. BTW I do have firestorm's MKT units he made a long time ago and he definitely does great work I just hate bothering someone to do custom work.

I believe most other SD40-2 variants have been made at this point by one person or another, how about Ontario Northland's fleet?
