I use a trigger and an invisible signal (navy blue cake slice on a stick with red, yellow and green dots).
Sometimes AI will hold for 10 minutes or longer but other times they drive right through non stop.
I could try boat tram stoppers but I can't find a good tutorial how to use those.
The trucks are locos in invisible lines crossing visible RR tracks they are not joined to.
What is the proper way to use tram stoppers to control traincar road traffic over RR crossings?
RR trains will always have the right of way over AI-driven "traincar" road vehicles.
