Yes... At the La Plata cam I once saw someone walk up in some home made Super Hero outfit with mask, cape, and all. He then put a five gallon bucket over his head and just jumped around for a few minutes then departed (sans bucket). It's a sign of the times - People are more concerned over taking selfies at an event rather than watching the event itself. It is Halloween time.... should see more craziness like this on all streaming cams.
