What's with all the chinese characters?

The forums for me now have these chinese characters in spots all over the place, no idea why and it's been like this for a few days. Wondering if anyone else is having this problem.

Scroll to the bottom of the forum and in 2nd dropdownbox on the left, pick "English (US)" instead of Chinese.
