I get a message from Google that the Trainz website is not secure and it won't let me access my downloads. Says Your connection is not private and Google says the website contains malware. What?

Are you using Firefox? I started getting a similar message since the latest Firefox update installed yesterday. It says my system clock doesn't match the sites, and there may be a malware issue.

"My Trainz" and the White Pages "Download Station" all say: auran.com security certificate is expired

I am using Firefox and have logged in several times today without any such warning.

What if you try accessing 'MyTrainz'? That's when I got the message. I can access the forums (subsequent to that) without issue. But I told Firefox to ignore it. Let's wait and see what the 'IT guy' says when he has a look.

Correct, I was accessing these forums. Accessing the MyTrainz (not mentioned in the OP) does produce the error message.
