Backing up content has always been a problem. Vendors have created many different methods with some nasty results. TS19 offers a very easy way to select an asset or route in the Content Manager for backup as a CDP file. You select the route, and under Content, Export to CDP. The nice feature is that N3V remembers where you last backed up. After the backup it then shows you the backed up file in your selected folder. Peace of mind.
