Trouble Tickets

When N3V purchased the ticket system from Kayaco they were ripped off. Of course, the problems I have may be from my own inability to read or assimilate information. But, I go into the Troubleshooter and always end up selecting Operating TRS19 as the category and then Next just refreshes the page. At other times different stumbles arise. And, a few times I get to enter a ticket!! Windows10 Version 1903

Just go through all the "other" options until you get to raise a ticket, less painful.
