Handbrake Issues

So I have a train built, I go to driver, start to move the train and the handbrakes release but then a few seconds later (watching the details on the car) the handbrake goes back to applied. Every car in the train has its handbrake applied, I can't move the train at all. It's a big train so I can't release them all individually. Is there something I'm missing?

There was an issue in the past with TANE where JR cars' handbrakes would randomly decide to apply themselves. Not sure if anyone found a solution or not.
