What happened to Jeff?

For over a year I've been working on a route out of Yuma, Arizona on the Union Pacific Gila and Yuma Subs.
I captured pdfs for both subs from Jeff's Train Site. For months it has been dead.
His site had TONS of sub info from around the country.
Does anyone know what happened...or better yet, another source for such data?
