Build Transit vehicles for a fee

What will it cost to build Train (locomotive) items. I am looking for modern Left Hand drive (NoAmerican/Europe) style, Bus, Articulate bus, Trolley Bus, Articulate Trolley bus, w/automatic trolley poles raising and lowering. Passenger enable, Destination Sign(s) either using Non-Enviromental Text or Destination Sign system with automatic bus numbering system (similiar to the E700 buses.)Door opening/closing. Inside view, of the passenger and drivers area. The article/item should be able to be re-skinned by the user. Once built and verified, they will made available on the DLM.
Depending on the cost, I am willing to pay a fee for these articles.
