Had to install a new motherboard and a fresh copy of Windows10. 2 days work.

One of the first things I did after the above was to install TRS19 100240. Started ok and showed it worked. I moved onto other things.

Returning to TRS19 - it will not start The launcher is ok but starting TR19 it just very briefly flashes a small window and does nothing. Content manager works ok.

Database Rebuilder acts the same a short flash of a small window, then nothing.

Absolutely - ONLY use a graphics card with TRS19. Now going through downloads. Did a completely clean reinstall of Windows. Booted from a USB stick to install new W10. THANKS for the info. I might have returned a working board!

Before you return your board, ensure that the BIOS is set to boot up with your external graphics card by default and that your cables are hooked to that card, otherwise you can't see the login screen (doh). What this will do is ensure that the card is initialized and that this card is the only card active. If you need to for diagnostic purposes is swap to the internal video via the BIOS if necessary, but that shouldn't be the main device for boot up.
