I like the track and the textures in the photo. It appears that that's one of JR's US Track splines on the mainline. The old track bed is actually a dirt road spline but squished into the baseboard with SNC concrete texture over it. A JVC or FMA grass spline was used on the old rusty track, which is probably JR's old sidings but retextured with ballast, and the old rusty loose rails are one of those rail splines we have up on the DLS. The distant trees and shrubs are the better-looking CL series trees mixed with some of the JVC and TB trees.
