I’ve been using the AJS 82ft turntable [KIUD2 122285:1502:2] since the early days of TRS, but with TS19 I’ve run into a problem I can’t solve. Not sure if it’s TS19 or operator error on my part. Hoping someone can shed some light on the problem.
In the first attached photo there are three tracks. The top track has a SW1500 switch engine followed by a C30-7. On the other end of the track are two trackmarks A and B. On startup the SW1500 leaves for TM B, the furthest one away. Soon thereafter, the C-30 follows, bound for TM A. It works perfectly.
Then I moved both locos to the middle track, which is identical except there’s now a turntable and the associated stubs in the path. The trackmarks have been changed to C and D, with D being the furthest. The driver commands were changed to send the SW1500 to D and the C30 to C. The 1500 works fine, but the C30 refuses to move. If the session is restarted with the 1500 removed, the C30 works fine.
Finally, the lower track is identical to the middle one, except that the TM’s are E and F and dwarf signals have been added, one on each side of the bridge and one just past TM E. Again, the 1500 works fine but C30 just sits there despite the green signal in front of him. The loco status says ‘waiting for track access’ see the second pic.
