What happened to "Drive" command?

I find it useful at times to let a train just drive ahead under AI rules. This could in the past be done by clicking on the upward facing chevron, bringing up a menu with (among others) a "Drive" command. This has disappeared (I'm running build 100464), and I don't see an option in Surveyor of adding it.
I notice that there is a new "Repeat Schedule Commands", but that's not the same.

Is there a way of adding this generic "Drive" command?

It is still there (Ctrl+RMB on the loco) - Build 100464 too.
