    Default Missing <kuid:37581:1164>

Before you say anything I know there's a thread for missing assets but I was having trouble finding it. So I made this one out of desperation. Anyway, does anybody know what the asset in the title is and where I can find it?

The asset belongs to "therock", but I can't find it either.

It's probably a hornsound. All <kuid:37581:11xx> at my installations are hornsounds.

Your theory seems reasonable but at the same time this asset is required in a session and is independent. So that scratches that theory.

No help here, as there is no guarantee 1164 would be anything at all similar, but it is as close as I get....
It does hit on Google here, but whether there is any information you can use there you'll have to try and find out... It just looks like someone else's list of needed assets....

Unfortunately I'm also missing that kuid somehow, despite having 1163 and 1165. I used to have a very unorganized kuid structure so there's all kinds of assets mixed around in the 1100 range, however yes, several of them are hornsounds. I'm waiting to hear back from anyone I may have sent that to who may have it in order to determine what exactly it is.

Did a kuid search in my asset database and came back with results of it being a UP GP38-2. Their is a UP GP38-2 w/strobes on JointedRail under Club Car not sure if it's the correct version though.

    <kuid:37581:1164> UP GP38-2 Strobes

In that case I'm in a muddle: as much as I need that asset at the moment I'm not sure I want to spend so much on Club Car. Then again replacing assets that are missing isn't easy: even if you replace it in the config the asset almost never shows up

Just checked the PM sent. That GP38-2 is actually <kuid:37581:1165>

Tell me: when you searched it what came up?

<kuid:37581:1165> is unknown asset in my database. So I guess there are two versions of the UP GP38-2 w/Strobes.

Ah, yes now I remember. The :1165 is the worn down looking asset available to clubcar, where :1164 should be a significantly less weathered version with the lightning bolt red stripe along the hood. I don't really care about the usual distribution protocols if you don't mind sending it to hholdenaz.
