Need clarification

Hi! It looks like if I buy 2019 full version via steam I get 30% off but not if I buy from the store? The store is listing full price. I do not belong to steam, so I am wondering... Thanks!

The store was 30% off last week. Looking at my copy there is still some functionality to come which is available in later versions.

Translation its still a slightly moving target at the moment.

OK. I guess I missed that part about store one week and Steam the next. I thought Steam was carrying over. Still may have to finally bite the bullet. The screenshots are just looking too good, and I can't come close to Claus on T:ANE. Only he knows the secret.... :O)
