Have you tried the Download Station as well? There's quite a bit on there.

Probably a bit more on the download station than you would find at JR (since I don't use JR I don't know) but unlike JR all the stuff on the download station is free.

Here's a start. A lot of sites have older stock, so not so much for 2019, but a lot of it is compatible.

    There is also:
    NARM: https://narailm.wixsite.com/narm
    SOCALTRAINZ: https://socaltrains.weebly.com/
TrainzProRoute - free registration (TPR) http://trainzproroutes.org/tprdownloads/index.php
    And tons more

I only shout that because at that point it is way to easy to become a Trainz fixer instead of a Trainz player, spending all your time looking for missing assets and trying to fix faulty ones. I highly recommend DLS content made by btvfd, clam1952, DaveSnow, rgcx, philskene, msgsapper, and others you will find in the freeware forums.

www.jointedrail.com is a good one, also there are RRMods sites:

    www.rrmods.com (old site)
    www.rrmods.ca (Canadian content)
    www.rrmods.us (USA content)
