TRS19 New Install w/Faulty Sessions

Hello,

I've just completed a clean install (x3) and after downloading all of the DLC's via TRS19 (Build 100331) I end up with 15 sessions from various routes with missing dependencies. When I right-click on the Session in CM, download, delete, and revert to original are greyed out. Only options I have are to list dependencies and to open. The routes are not open for edit. I've looked at the missing dependencies in TANE and it appears they are all Payware that should have been installed with the routes/sessions.

Here are the sessions with errors:
<kuid2:69379:100038:4> NWR Pickup
<kuid2:368725:100024:8> Settle Shunt (Ride)
<kuid2:69379:100029:4> Morning Commuter (Ride)
<kuid2:487560:100001:7> The DPU Push
<kuid2:69379:100022:4> Morning Commuter
<kuid2:69379:100019:4> Class C
<kuid2:368725:100022:6> Hellifield Pickup
<kuid2:69379:100051:2> Carlisle Transfer
<kuid2:368725:100023:13> Hellifield Pickup (Ride)
<kuid2:69379:100048:4> Carlisle Transfer (Ride)
<kuid2:69379:100003:4> NWR Pickup (Ride)
<kuid2:69379:100026:4> Condor (Diesel)
<kuid2:69379:100027:3> NWR Pickup Diesel (Ride)
<kuid2:487560:100002:7> Mojave To Bakersfield
<kuid2:69379:100032:4> Condor (Steam)

The missing dependencies are:
<kuid2:44090:15088:41>
<kuid2:44090:15090:42>
<kuid2:44090:15091:42>
<kuid2:44090:15096:41>
<kuid2:44090:15097:41>
<kuid2:44090:15098:41>

<kuid2:82412:300103:2>
<kuid2:82412:300104:2>

Any troubleshooting ideas/solutions would be appreciated. Apologize if this is addressed via another thread but a search did not turn up anything.

Respectfully,
Shaun

The 44090 assets are by Paul Hobbs. I'm not sure who the other Kuid ID belongs to.

What version of TS2019 are you running?

KotangaGirl,

I'm running Build 100331. This is a occurring in a clean install with nothing added but the downloaded DLC packs from N3V. I"m installing the program, opening it for the first time and then downloading all when the download window appears. After the downloads are complete I have the 15 faulty sessions. Have tried DB rebuild to no avail.

I've found the missing assets in TANE but they are listed as payware in TANE so can't be exported into TRS19.

Respectfully,
Shaun

Try a extended Database repair, hold down Ctrl when clicking rebuild Database, takes a bit longer but hopefully may sort things out.

This problem is being addressed in a review of the delivery of built-in/payware items that is currently underway.

The list you have is common to many other installations, and is much longer for others who have chosen not to install some of the 'free' payware items. If you took advantage of the free trial Silver subscription offer you would have some of the payware routes, and these sessions would not be missing dependencies. Currently there is no way known to delete built-in items, so it is not possible to have an installation that is free of missing dependencies.

If some of the routes are showing as open for edit then you can revert them to original. This might not solve the problem, as they then become uninstalled payware, and are still a missing dependency.

Settle and Carlisle doesn't have any missing dependencies on a fresh install.

You don't mention if you have any of this content installed previously (which is the point SailorDan is raising). If you don't then it means that you have not downloaded and installed all the parts of the package. (We are also undertaking a new single-package installation process which will address that issue).

So meanwhile, I would suggest uninstalling sc379 and re-downlaoding and reinstalling it.

Tony,

The faults are occurring in the sessions of two routes (Mojave SubDivision and Settle & Carlisle) following a new install of TRS19. The only assets added to the base install are via the in game Asset Download window. I am consistently getting the same errors within the same sessions. I've tried changing the order of the install by downloading each route one at a time within the Asset Download window but receive the same faults each time. With a clean install of the base program and only installing the Mojave Sub-Division or Settle & Carlisle the same faults appear. Deleting and reinstalling per the "reinstalling dlc packs for tane and trs19" results in the same errors.

These are the faulty dependencies I'm receiving with each displaying as <unknown asset> within the corresponding session:

Both of these routes are installed error free in TANE.

Thanks for the extra details. It appears there is a bug that means the PC and Mac versions are reporting different dependencies. We're investigating further, but meanwhile it lloks like you can ignore the missing deps (you can open the sessions using CM > Open in Driver).
