Australian NG Sugar cane railroads. Fueling and water tanks question

Hi All. While surfing about the net, I reviewed many of the old Australian Sugar cane ralroads and their modeling comunity support is amazing. I could not see though how or where the steamers (fowlers and such) fueled and watered up? I am still a big fan of Shagsters trainz, https://web.archive.org/web/20110217.../downloads.htm and someday (on my wish list) is to update them to current running standards along with some sheds and facilities.
