Login Problems

I am FURIOUS! When I log in, and click Freeware, it says I need to log in again, and when I log in again on the login/register screen, it redirects me to the login/register page and shows no account wrong/error message. Also, I CAN'T EVEN REGISTER!!! Please let me know if anyone else has this and how to fix this. I don't know if this is a website glitch or an unverified account, but TELL ME PLEASE!

This is an urgent update to the problem. Have you noticed the "https://" thing next to the jointedrail.com thing? That's missing and it's possibly not operating the cookie data system.

I just tried with my account, no issues. If you have your browser set for no cookies I could see that causing it, or maybe a corrupt cookie for JR.
Maybe it was just a weird glitch too. Hope ya get it working.

I can succesfully login via "LOGIN/LOGOUT", but any page I go, it says "login to purchase" and asks for login again in a loop, to no success.

while late in getting in on this i also cannot log in. using the same password for years but cannot ans i clicked the "here" to get emailed i don't receive any emails.

Almost ALL browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer, etc, etc, are having problems with JR, and many many other sites, due to popup/add blockers, and not having cookies enabled ... I use Windows7 MicrosoftEdge

still not able to log in. haven't receive the email to change password ( why change it i don't know). first time not being able to log in and have a lot of jrs engines and a few routes.

What's happening with JR's website? I log in successfully (I see the dashboard with orders, etc.), I click "CLUB CAR CONTENT" and select one of the new available items, then either a download button appears but if I click it all I get is "403 Forbidden", either there's no button at all like I am not logged. If I go back to the "LOGIN/LOGOUT" window all fields are blank and if I enter my credentials again, nothing happens. Tried Chrome, IE and Edge, same issue.

You may need to clear cookies or something, we've had some occasional users with problems, mostly in Chrome recently, but we've changed/tweaked absolutely nothing so its puzzling why its become an issue recently.

It sometimes works after clearing cookies again and again, sometimes not. What do you mean by: "You may need to clear cookies or something"? It was the first time I used Edge to browse your website (so there could be no trace of a previous visit) and had the same issue.

We aren't 100% sure what the problems are either here so all we can offer is what seems to work for others which was cookie clearing for the most part. Like I said we haven't made any changes at all since this seems to have started happening for people.

Try typing jointedrail.com in the address line, instead of https://jointedrail.com/.

Loosing the https:// solved my problems.

Been Having the same problem as mentioned above,Worked good in chrome before their update/changes last week I've tried all their recomendations and think it is really their site and they need ti fix it.

Again nothing changed to our site so we don't even know what to "fix" here. Were thinking its also likely that its a Chrome related issue and are waiting for their next update/release so it hopefully remedies itself

As mentioned a few posts above, same issue in Edge and IE.

Which issue, the trying to use a https link to it or the login bouncing back. I tried one fix this morning to see if it makes any difference on the login portion. On the other hand the site is not https, so you shouldnt be attempting to use an https link to it.
