    Default Why my new registered Trainz product doesn't show nearcmy profile forum?

    Hello,as the title says,how can I fix this?For example,u can see near my profile it says that I have T:ANE Std and Trainz Driver for Android.Recently I bought TS12 from Steam,registered on mytrainz account and also got a free copy of TRS2009 from N3V giveaway since 2018(key registered on my acc).Now why TS12 and TRS2009 don't show like how T:ANE STD/TD Android did,near my profile?Is this an automatic thing or it can be adjusted manually?
    P.S. Sorry for the wrong write of the title,I wrote from my phone.

    Do they show up as registered to you when you go to your MyTrainz Serial Number page? If so, you need to contact the Helpdesk; sometimes the linking doesn't work & they have to do some behind-the-scenes stuff.

    When I registered my older versions I had to ask the helpdesk to put them onto my avatar track. New versions are attached automatically, older 'obsolete' versions you have to ask.

    Same happened here.

    Go to this link Troubleshooter

    Make sure you are logged in and click "other" then "next". Under Next Steps click Submit a Support Ticket.

    Fill out the ticket and explain your problem and should be taken care of.
