Thumbs up Keep those great looking pictures coming........

    Normhart,

I can't believe how many different types of trains you run, pictures always look so natural and inviting,,,,,Keep up the good work, and I will keep coming to these threads.

After my windows 10 crashed, couple of days ago , this is the first place I came to find some mental relief, after getting it fixed....Only took me 8 hrs for first part, but these magnificent pictures here are exactly what the Doctor ordered........

For all the others posting photos too., wonderful to look at........Thanks

    Thanks Blue!

That's VincentRH's new(old) route SGLM now available for TRS19 on the DLS. All dependencies are on the DLS or available on his site https://sites.google.com/view/sglm-train-2019-en. There are also three sessions on the DLS.

@Normhart. Concerning your race pictures, this is a typical commercial competition from the past in France between La compagnie du Nord and Les chemins de fer alsacien.
May the best win. Train enthusiast or not, business is business...
Serious now, keep on with good shots guys.

    Hi Wpsoft, nice screenshots.
About your question, it's an experiment I did a long time ago. The locomotive is a Bavarian 4-6-2 that I repainted and put an American bogey 8 because here we had a similar 4-8-0, the tender is from another locomotive; Both are 1,435 gauge.

I put a screenshot with your assigned tender and others with the Sudexpress Paris - Lisbon.

    Regards

@fant_autentico: Well, an unorthodox construction, but the result is quite good...

VT 08 als F-Zug, ein paar Jahre später als Eilzug.
VT 08 as "F-Zug" (long distance express), a couple of years later as a fast train.
