The dial buttons for color in environment are grayed out

Hi Guys'i know it might be a stupid question (although they don't exist) but how can i use the red, green and blue buttons in the environment settings? They are all grayed out and not usable?
Would appreciate an answer which can help me change the colors in game, so far they are much to bright is my opinion.

From memory you have to click one of the green dots on the main dial just above the colour dials in order to set the colours.

Found the green dots after lighting up my monitor a bit, thanks Shane! Think i need glasses..
