Installed = True + Obsolete = True + Built-in = False
(Note: Result list assets Must match ALL of these criteria)

Suggest that you also create a new query to quickly determine when Updates are available for any of your installed assets. Give it a descriptive name, like, 'Out of Date' (for example) and save it to your Content Manager Filter List.

The structure of this suggested simple filter is as follows:

Installed = True
Out of Date = True
