Gold subscription not working

I'm trying to renew my gold membership on the planet auran site, and nothing happens everytime I click the 'renew my membership' is there a glitch or is there a genuine problem? I don't get any messages or emails after clicking the button it just reverts back to saying the last time I cancelled my membership which was last year. Any help would be grateful! Thanks
