If I reinstall TRS19 again will the built-in content in my routes return?

Greetings.
When moving my routes from TANE to 2019 I have lost a number of assets that seem to be built-in in '19.
They come up as "unknown location".
I understand the built-in versions don't like having another version coming in with a route transfer and have caused the problem

My question:
If I reinstall TRS19 again will the built-in content in my routes return?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
