What's the closest a tall RR signal should be to a RR crossing with gates

in America?

I have one Trainz layout motor road crossing with gates and tall RR signals (not dwarfs) within 65 feet of the crossing boards and it looks cluttered.

If the aspects are not blocked by the crossing equipment I do not see an issue...
