CPU & GPU monitor for Trainz

Hi.
Can somebody suggest me a CPU&GPU monitor app for Trainz? I currently installed CAM but there's no way to have datas in overlay mode.

MSI Afterburner (free download) should do what you are looking for.

Quite a few folk here use CPUID HWMonitor. It provides quite comprehensive metrics and is device agnostic.
I use separate monitors on my rig. Intel Extreme Tuning Utility for my Intel CPU and the Asus GPU TweakII utility for my Asus GTX video card.
Typically display these together on a 2nd monitor whilst analysing component performance and thermals.

If you need help using it or configuring it and riva tuner, ask here! I use it also. You can see it in the bottom right corner.
